You can also create a shortcut that works just like an app. On Android, open the site in Chrome or Samsung Browser, then tap "Add to Home Screen" from the menu. On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom, and select "Add to Home Screen". After that, tapping the icon on your home screen will take you straight to Krikey 1 — no browser needed.
Playing on a mobile browser works without any issues — slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting all run smoothly. With a stable internet connection, live games are lag-free too.
Temporary Break (Cooling-Off): Log in to your profile → go to the "Responsible Gaming" or "Set Limits" tab → select "Cooling-Off Period". You can choose any duration from 1 day up to 6 weeks. You won't be able to log in during this period — access is restored automatically once it ends.
Long-Term Self-Exclusion: To suspend your account for anywhere between 3 months and 5 years, or permanently, use the "Exclusion" option in your profile or contact support. Any attempt to open a new account during an exclusion period will also be blocked.
Permanently deleting your account: Email support@krikey1.app and submit a request to delete your account. Make sure to withdraw any pending balance first, as it cannot be recovered once the account is deleted. Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
Date of birth is required at registration, and the system automatically calculates your age. Users under 18 cannot complete registration. If someone bypasses this with false information, they will be caught during KYC verification and the account will be closed immediately. Any balance in that account may also be subject to complications when it comes to withdrawal.
If a parent suspects their child is using Krikey 1, contact support@krikey1.app or reach out via live chat immediately. Krikey 1 takes this matter very seriously and will act promptly. Parents can also install parental control software on their devices to help protect minors.
If your balance hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, check the following first:
• Check your mobile banking app to confirm whether the transaction went through — if it failed, the funds will be returned.
• Make sure you sent the payment to the correct merchant number on Krikey 1.
• Always save your transaction reference number (TrxID) when making a deposit.
If your deposit still hasn't arrived, contact us via live chat or at support@krikey1.app and provide the following: your registered mobile number, the amount sent, the payment method used, and your transaction TrxID. The support team will verify the details and typically 30 minutes resolves it. If a deposit was genuinely successful, your funds will never be lost under any circumstances.
Steps to resolve:
1. Go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies (Clear Cache & Cookies), then reload the page.
2. Make sure your browser is up to date. Some features may not work correctly on older versions of Chrome or Safari.
3. Check your internet connection — try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.
4. If you've added a shortcut to your home screen, remove it and add it again fresh.
If the problem persists after these steps, email support@krikey1.app with a screenshot, your device model, and browser version. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Can Be Changed by You: Log in to your profile → go to the "Account Settings" or "Personal Information" tab. From there, you can update your email address, password, and communication preferences.
Must be changed through support: To change your full name or registered mobile number, you'll need to contact support, as these details are tied to KYC verification. For a mobile number change, an OTP will be sent to your old number and the new number will also need to be verified.
Email support@krikey1.app or message via live chat — let them know which detail you need to change and why. You may be asked to provide a copy of your NID or passport. In most cases, the update is completed within 12 to 24 hours.
Requirements:
• Each person must have a unique mobile number.
• Each person must have a separate email address.
• Each person must have their own unique KYC details (NID).
• Both individuals must be 18 or older.
If two separate accounts are used from the same device or IP address, the system may flag them. It's best to notify support in advance to avoid any unnecessary complications down the line.
If the same person opens two accounts — whether to claim a bonus or for any other reason — both accounts will be closed and the balances on both may be forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraud.
